Traffic Radius is an innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to improving search presence for our clients. We work with a broad range of industries including products and service businesses. We provide Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and Web Development Services.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive and analytically-minded person to join our search engine optimisation (SEO) team. The SEO account manager is responsible for helping our clients improve organic visibility wherever search results are presented (e.g. Google, Bing, YouTube, App Store). This role develops, implements, and manages SEO campaigns for our clients. The job includes a great deal of client contact and cross-team collaboration between teams such as marketing, SEO, Web Design & Development, Content Production, Social media & SEM.

What is Expected

  • Must have client facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Audit and optimize new & existing search campaigns to ensure KPI's are met
  • Always keep clients updated and respond to all communications in a timely manner
  • Managing internal project teams and develop and drive strategies to support client campaign objectives
  • Developing insights and highlighting any proposed changes into campaign strategy
  • Generating management reports which focus on key metrics such as conversation rate optimization, product and marketing features and KPI performance
  • Effectively communicate and manage client's expectations throughout the SEO Process
  • Research and stay up to date on new developments, trends and technologies within the SEO space.

Skills and experience

At least 2+ years of Account Management experience (preferred) with a digital marketing agency. Have strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of tools such as with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster tools, AdWords, SEO Google algorithms and Search related tools

  • IT savvy – having a sound understanding of content management systems (CMS), HTML coding and design software is necessary
  • Ability to meet deadlines – the SEO strategy will have multiple goals and timeframes for each goal needs to be met
  • Put strong attention to detail – writing or sub editing content for the website is often part of the job
  • Have Strong knowledge of organic search techniques and be up to date with the latest Google algorithm trends
  • Capable of getting and monitoring leads on all aspects of SEO, Paid Ads, etc..
  • Account management experience/ability to talk to clients. Your role will involve on going engagement with Clients over the phone and face to face.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Web programming skills are a plus but not required
